i dont even know if this is in the right area but i was wanting to know how i can get another action bar on my screen at all times??? ive seen it on my friends and he doesn't have a pet or anything. i havent been able to get a hold of him so i figured i would ask on this forum.

oh, i thought that just moved my action bar to the top. sweet thanks.He means "Tick the boxes next to 'Action Bars' at the top", as apposed to "tick the boxes next to 'Action bars at the top'. There are several you can turn on: Bottom Left, Bottom Right, Right 1 and Right 2.
