My enchanting complaints

so basically I kinda skimmed through the official forums and here, my search function is broke (thats a joke for all you new thread haters) and basically i wanted to start a new thread because im high on full throttle energy drink and white powdered dougnuts.

Why do none of the new enchants have a graphic? is this something that will be fixed? or did blizz intentionally leave them out?

Just curious if anyone had read anything on this.

Weapon enchants particularly have unique glows, or signatures to them.

Unholy enchant comes to mind with the twin rotating skulls around your weapon.

The enchant itself is not good at all, but a lot of locks get this on a cheap staff for RP and or face to face meeting purposes.

I put a fiery on a broken broomstick type weapon for a guy one time, he was using it for a prop in some RP event he had going on.

yeah old enchants are like Crusader and the white glow, lifesteal had a purple glow, AGI had a green glow...etc


all the new enchants have.....nothing

Ah, I see now.

I don't have many of the upper enchants, especially for weapons, so couldn't say what gives a glow or not.

Personally, I dont' see the point in picking an enchant just for a glow. There was a person on Trade last night looking for a glow for his weapon. Didn't care what the actual enchant was, just wanted to look 'cool' I guess.

Now I can certainly see the desire for a particular look for RP purposes. A lot of weapons I'm seeing in the game come with their own glows anyway, so don't even display the enchant glow anyway. Perhaps this is why there is a general lack of new glows?
