Can't get 300 cooking

I'm lvl 38, I have 225/225 cooking, I go to Riknussun in Ironforge and he tells me to head to Gadgetzan, I get there, I find Quikcleave, he has a gold ? over his head but he won't talk to me, what's the deal?

I thought it was lvl35/skill225 but I can't get the quest, anybody know what's up?

he should talk to you and give you a quest to train artisan. try relogging and repeating, then ticketing a GM for a bug.

tried it again and it didn't work so the GM had me reset my interface settings and then I got it
