View Full Version : Serious Problem, Anyone Help?

For some reason, i went to log on today, and it said i was "out of pre-paid time"

Now this cant be right because i use a credit card, and it automatically pays, So i tried accessing the website to fix it and all i get it "Page cannot be displayed"

Anyone have any idea what would be happening?

Nothing you did that's wrong. Sometimes Blizzard just misprocess things, every system is open to mistakes. Wait for the site to be restored, that may resolve the issue. At the very least, it shall allow you to check on your account's status there, and reinput the number if need be.

Yea i tryed getting to that, didnt work though, and technical support over the phone is closed...

There's no choice but to wait. In these situations, it is Blizzard's perogative, the ball is in thier court and there is nothing that can be done until they are good and ready. Shouldn't be how it is, but semantics aside, it is the only practical move. There's no technical jiggling that can be done, it is an accounting error in thier end. Something that can only be fixed when thier channels of communication are up and running.

Another reason could be that you've maxed your credit card and that the error on the account page was a coincidence. This exact problem happened to me last month and I was confused until I checked my banking. :sad:

i just fixxed the same problem

this is how i done it

i went to http://wow-europe.com/ account management section

typed in my username

then clicked forgotten password it then confronted me with my secret question which i answered and proceeded to get and e-mail from wow-europe with a new password ..... this new password worked fine , i then went to billing info and made sure everything was correct which i then relised i had a new card issued to me the week before which caused my account to freeze so i reset the info and paid my subscription and then reset my password to my original password (int he account management section) ... and everything is back to normal ...

WoW dosent make life easy but it works now ..... i hope this helps
