Small thorium veins

Leveling up an alt with mining. Im at 250 now. Wondering where the best spot to go is. I checked around on some guides and it said un goro but I hardly find any there. Any suggestions on where i might go to hit 275ish?

un goro is indeed where i went to level it...that and the silthid areas of tanaris. just go around the outer rim of the zone and into the gorilla cave in the NE.

if you were higher level i'd suggest running around the rim of Silithus. lots of small thorium there.

At level 70, I would suggest the Burning Steppes. There are Rich thorium veins there, but also small, dark iron (230), mithril (175) and truesilver. It used to be heavily farmed, but I doubt it is a bad now. There are spawn points all around the edges and in a few areas to the inside. Was always my favorite spot to farm for mining.

If you haven't already, you should get a pair of cheap gloves and get a +5 mining enchant tosses on them. Get you those higher nodes a little faster.
