Dispite the OP getting booted, might as well name one. 7600 GS does fine enough, for $100. GT version is better, but costs more. Take your pick, they'll run the game ably, but there is a difference.
ATI cards seem to be bugged in WoW right now, wiether that's because they can't do OpenGL to save thier lives or bad WoW programming, it is an often heard complaint. Personally I wouldn't touch a graphics card that could only render well in one of the two main popular modes, the phrase "Putting all your eggs in one basket" comes to mind.
In all honesty, hold out for two months. Cheaper DirectX 10 cards. DirectX 9 cards are going to look dated and unable to render current flashy effects by Autumn/Winter. Unless it's a fairly cheap card, it'd be pointless, without a DirectX 10 API on the card, it won't give high performance soon enough. This may sound generic, all cards don't give good performance after X amount of time; but we're in a transition now, from DirectX9 to 10. Why spend on a good last generation card as the new one comes into play? It costs more right now, but when the proper midrange 8 series from Nvidia, and the X2xxx series from ATI hit in two months time, the prices will be in the $150-$200 region.

Which is why I gave such an in-depth response. :)
