Leatherworking Specialization

I'm currently at 248 LW / 300 Skinning. How do I specialize now? I was reading about tribal leatherworking and thought the trainer was in Feralas, but can't find them anywhere.

Has something changed? Is the tribal trainer somewhere else?

I don't know if they changed this but, when I originally went tribal a pre req was doing the wildvine quests in Feathermoon. I believe theres about 3 or 4 of them you have to do, the guy that gives those quests is hidden under a gazebo around the fp there. After you're done with those you can head to Thalanaar in Feralas, its a really small NE area the you can't miss the tribal trainer.
