hey peeps this is the only working wow-europe forum i have come across to get any help with my problem so please forgive me if i have posted in the wrong place ...

i logged onto world of warcraft earlier today and played my game with no troubles , i got home from work (same day) and thought i'd go play some more . so i loaded up world of warcraft and logged in and to my suprise i got a message "your prepaid hours are currently used , you have to purchase more to continue playing" so i clicked ok and then clicked the "account management" button found on the WoW main log in screen which took me to the http://www.wow-europe.com/ account logon page where i continued to put my username and password ... but it wouldent accept it , all i need to do is renew my subcription but cant logon to do so because..

1. wont accept my account information.
2. the site dose a 404error on my and blows up :P


if anyone can let me know if there is a way of fixing this or if there is a way of contacting wow-europe because the support section of there website just crashes ....

Maintenance day on wednesday tends to lead to a massive run on the official site, which probably has something to do with your problems.

Give it another whirl on thursday. Otherwise.
