Odd Health Bar Above Players and NPC's Head
Im having a very odd WoW problem. Normally when one plays wow and they encounter another NPC or Player or Mob in the game would, they would see the players name, and then underneith, if they have one, their guild name. Or in the NPC's case, their profession (like <skinning trainer> or <Blacksmith>).
For some odd reason on my client, all i see is a bulky healthbar, and their name above it. Take a look at the screenshot below: (the Blue bars are players, and the green are NPC's)

The above screenshot was taken with NO addons enabled.
What i would like to do is revert back to how the game normally shows the players names and guild... Like in the picture below:

If i can keep the Health bars that would be great, but im willing to lose them to get the <guild> tag back.
