WoW Critical Error when I Log In

When I log into my character, Dathaen a lvl 70 druid, who is in Undercity, I get a critical error, saying my WoW.exe file is corrupt...does that mean I have to reinstall? I really dont want to, so if there's any way around this, that'd be great.

Edit - It only happens for my characters in Undercity... ARGH!

Try using the repair program in the main WoW directory. It's worth a shot, especially if it saves you from having to reinstall.
