Resurrect Question.

Hello...Im lvl 49 pally and about 1/4 of the time I res someone they arent really there. They cant see the rest of us and we cant heal them etc. They have to log off and back on to get back into the game. Is this common? I know from chat its not just me. Any thoughts on this? I believe its only happend while in a group, at least in my cases.

I've had that happen a few times, only in dungeons. I'd rez the person, and they would never get the box asking to accept. They'd have to release, and manually come into the instance again.

I believe it has something to do with communication. If your resurrection isn't getting through to the other player's client, it causes something that screws up.

...seems like this thing only happens in instances, i dunno maybe a bug on the paladin's rez when used in instances... you should report this to a GM so that it can be resolved quickly.

It's not just Paladin's. I've run into it when rezed by a Druid.

I'm not 100% sure, but I do think it was in an instance.

But I've also ran into it in WSG before, with the Battleground Rezers.

Ive run into this glitch in non instance situations. Always its a memeber of my party though. And that may not be 100% accurate as the vast majority of my rez is a party member. Ill ask a GM soon. Also I dont recall it happening a few months ago when I started. Perhaps a recent patch is the cause?

Im not sure if its the same bug your referring to, but i have seen less than a half dozen times people that no matter how many times you res them they dont receive the box.Thing you might not notice in 5 mans is that any person ressing them they dont get it. Guess the game just mucks up sometimes, tell them to release then res their corpse.

...so the whole resurrection system is bugged then? all the more reason for blizzard to fix it then.
