First Aid Training above 375?

Can I train for first aid above level 375. If so, where?
Also, are there any bandages above the heavy netherweave bandage? If there is, where do I get the recipe or manual? Thanks everyone!

First aid really isn't supposed to take someone from less then 1% health up to 100% health in a few seconds. It's mainly to just get a little health on you after a battle so that you can escape and or keep fighting. If you want to get back up to fighting force, grab some meat or some food. First aid is just that. First aid.

Edit: Drop a bandage then sit down and eat, then go back to the grind.
