There will be a quest for druids to obtain the epic flying form. You still need to pay 5k for the skill though.

What Mortshd is true. From what I've read:
--Available at 70
--Quest line
--Requires purchesing of Epic Flying skill to start (regular flying form comes with regular flying skill)
--Not Yet released
--Won't come out with another x-pack
--Probably will be the content patch after Black Temple, or the one after that.
