Um..
"The char in front is a Blood Elf/Draenei"?
:P
"My other chars a jaguar" (Picture of Druid Travel Form)
"I Got What You Need!"
"My brother is a 70"
"I need to PvP"
"ut oh - time for me to bubble up
Pallys FTW"
"Feign Death"
I like this idea - I bought a load of tee-shirt transfer paper a while back when I was big into Eve Online - but they brought out a load of tee-shirts so I didn't bother with my own.
I prefer then to be obscure enough that non-wowheads wont get it but wowheads will instantly recognise the connection.

I don't really have T-shirts, but I do have bumper stickers:
"I forgot to get the Flight Path"
"My other car is a <Insert epic mount here>"
"Warning: Gnome behind the wheel"
"<Horde/Alliance> FTW"
"<Class> FTW"
"If you can read this, the servers are down"
I think somewhere we have a thread on WoW Based bumper stickers actually...
