Durability info on titan panel mod?

I was just wondering if there was an up to date mod available. I had it before, but i mistakenly deleted it and it was a very handy mod. Any help would be appreciated please.

I believe its included with the Titan Panel (http://ui.worldofwar.net/ui.php?id=1442) original package. It's named Titan Repair.
