Looking for a couple of certain mods, need help ID'ing

Would like to know what mod is needed to make the black box/area on the bottom of the screen, also what mod for the Mini-Map being used.

The texture (the "black box/area) at the bottem of the screen is provided by Skinner (its the Bottom Frame). The MiniMap is either Squeenix or simpleMinimap (http://ui.worldofwar.net/ui.php?id=2598).
