What mod would this be?

I've seen it somewhere before but i don't know it's name :(
Where the screen has, kinda like cinematic binders at the top and bottom which apparantly increases performance because its not wasting space where you can't see stuff.
I'd like this mod because it'd not only make it LOOK epic but it'd help me out too :)

Skinner, Viewport and a few dozen others will do this for you. It does not increase performace, it will actually retard your performance minutely as it takes memory to run.
