I found a bug in Bongos for Druids. I posted a thread asking about it last week, but no one seemed to know. I have kind of solved the problem, so I thought I'd update.
As a druid, you get the quest for aquatic form at lvl 16 and you get cat form at 20. If you don't actually do the quest to get aquatic form until after you get cat form, it totally screws up your toolbars. When you change into cat form, the spells remain what they were for your non-shapeshift form.
Once I got aquatic form, the problem fixed itself...just thought I'd share.
