Question about having more then one UI.

Hello there:)

Just wanted to hear if it is possible to have more then one UI on the same account. Like i got one for mt paladin but want a diffrent for my rouge. Is that possible?

I know some addons got "Profiles", like the Bartender action-bar addon. But you might have to look around for them.

Discord mods I have not used for months, and I am not sure if it is updated for TBC, but I think that got profiles as well.

Additionally you can enable/disable the different addons for your different characters, like if you got class-specific addons. You do that from the addon window in the character-selection screen.

clean your wtf folder!
Login - Addon-button - switch to paladin and activate the addons u need
enter world
konfigure the addons and in most of them save as profile "mylittlepala"
if u're done logout
change to rogue
Addon-button - switch to rogue and activate the addons u need
enter world
konfigure the addons and in most of them save as profile "mylittlerogue"

The only problem you'll be konfronted with is that some addons don't have profiles and will be konfigured same on each char - you'll have to live with it :)
So choose only addons where profile-feature is inplemented (most ace2-addons support this feature)

I ment. I got A UI Called -FLT Paladin UI-.
If i want one for my rouge. Another UI. Eksample -Prezes Rogue UI-
Can i have that on my rouge? While i have the -FLT Paladin UI- On my paladin?
Im not that experienced with UI's :P

He explained it well enough. The answer is yes, and you would have to diable and enable addons on a per character basis using the addon button on the character selection screen.

You have 2 diffirent packaged (compilation) UI's that you have Downloaded and want to use both packages?

If that is the case, your only option that I am aware of, is to install both packages in you addons folder, overwriting some addons will probably be inevitable, and follow the directions of the above posters.

Hopefully, neither package has altered files that will get overwritten and broken by the other. Another option, download both packages, install only one, then extract only the files from the second package that you want and combine them into your own package...and follow the above instructions:grin:
