Health/Rage bar Colors?

Hello, im new and this is my first post.I was just wondering if there is a mod that lets you change the color/look of the health and rage bars. Ive looked around but I cant seem to find anything.Thanks!

Not for the default unit frames. However there are replacements for the default unit frames that will allow you to change the color/texture of the health/mana/rage/energy bar. ag_UnitFrames is good one for this as is an up and coming mod, Pitbull. For more radical tinkering look at Discord Unit Frames. Be warned though, DUF is not beginner friendly and it is a hog when it comes to system resources.
