I need a mod that gives me a timer before i can use an ability again. I want it in a bar form in the bottom right corner of the screen. Anyone know a mod like this? Thanks.

Not sure if I am understanding correctly. But Dotimer has a module called cooldowns that does bars. Might check that out.
