Help mee!

I am trying to download Mobinfo-2 and Cooldown Bars. I click Download Mod and something pops up saying Save to WinRAR.zp (default) and i click okay. Then WinRAR pops up and there is a file in there. I think "okay cool now im gonna play", but when i play the game the mods arent there. So i go back to WinRAR and the files arent there anymore. So i re-downloaded them and tried to play again. I tried this three times and they still will not show up in game. Can anyone please help me download these mods?

edit: i read the tutorial, but i dont understand it. Where do i save the file, and how can i find that place?

Okay....i am someone who knows NOTHING about computers so can someone plase give me a very simple runthough of how to do this. I use a Windows XP and am trying to download Cooldown Bars and Mobinfo-2. I don't get that c:World of Warcraft\interface\addons thing. Do i make a folder with that on my desktop or something? Please save me.

OK here is a simple HOWTO, aka "Using WoW AddOns for Dummies". I am am going to use Bagnon as an example

Step One: click the download link. Choose the "Save" option. Save the to be downloaded file to someplace you can remember. Your Desktop is a good option. In this example you will get a file called "Bagnon1.2_20070402.zip"

Step Two: Unpack the file you just downloaded with your favorite zip/rar utility (WinRAR, WinZIP, 7zip, etc). Again, unpack the file to your desktop. You should now have a folder on your Desktop with name of your AddOn. In this example "Bagnon"

Step Three: Goto your AddOns folder. By Default it is located in C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\

Step Four: Drag your unpacked AddOn into the AddOns folder. In this example the result would be C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\Bagnon

Step Five: Start WoW, log in, and in the screen where you pick your character, look for a button in the lower left corner of your screen labeled "AddOns". Clicking this button will take to your AddOn management screen. Here you can enable or disable AddOns.

Step Six: Select your character and start playing. You may need to tweak your new AddOn to your taste. Have Fun!
