Where to quest next?

lvl 16 rogue nightelf. Done with Darnassus, did most of darkshore (at least whats available to me now)
I want to use my time the best way possible. Quests that reward bows, crossbows, throwing weapons, guns, leather, agility and stanima gear etc (stuff I can use). Should I move over to Westfall and do those quests? Stay in Darkshore a bit longer? Go someplace else? Not sure whats my best move. Ive only played one other past 20 and didnt travel all that much early on. Should one travel all over hitting xx lvl quests in many areas or stay in a general area?

There are some kill quests in Elwynn Forest you might could do before moving on, also close to the bridge leading to westfall are some quests envolving gnoll killing.

If you have The Burning Crusade then get yourself over to Exodar and do the quests on Azure myst and Blood myst islands. You should level quickly and receive decent quest rewards.
