Helping lower levels

I just got to lvl 25 and I find myself wanting to go back to places like Jangelod mine and other low lvl quests to help out the new people. I've got plenty of quests of my own, but I really like doing it. I know how much I appreciated the occasional mid 20 or higher lvl that would clear out the mobs. Is this something that most people do or most people avoid?

Being a lower level, I hope that higher levels aren't there to help. Everything I do in the game is soloable, and it makes it easier FOR me when I can do it solo. When a high level comes to clear mobs for me, it just takes away exp that I could gain myself.

But part of what makes this game what it is, is the community aspect. I was always happy for a helping hand along the way to smooth the road. There will not always be a higher level around to help you, so it isn't like you don't get plenty of opportunity to solo things.
