Lookin for EU Server - Friends & Clan - PVE

Just got the orginal game today and I'm looking for a good PVE server and also some friends and a clan is posible!
I wanna be a Human Mage hehe, I have the guide for the game so I won't annoy anyone with lots of questions,

Hellfire isn't a bad server (apart from the usuall alliance and horde members usually 40+ who insist on ganking noobs in their starting area's :banghead: ) as far as guilds go dunno not in one myself at the minute although i may start looking soon

its a pve server yes, um i think i could you get you into a guild, you wont be able to join mine because they only recruit lvl 50+ but i will be there to help you and what not mate :D

There are one or two little, insignificant patches that have happened to WoW since launch. And a couple more since Burning Crusade.

Try using places like www.fileplanet.com or www.filefront.com to download the patches. MUCH, MUCH, MUCH faster.

Both of those have all of the patches ever. So you can easily download them.

If you dont find what u are looking for with Vulc u can always try Aerie Peak.

I started there recently (mate of mine is here) and I found it to be a nice server. Ppl are nice towards eachother and since it is a PvE there's no ganking.

Not in my experience, have they been faster. You just gotta have all of the relevant bittorrent ports open to your computer, and your ISP has to allow for them too. I've seen much, much, much faster downloads with the Blizzard downloader than I found at either of those sites, not even including the wait time to download from those sites. Pretty much been like that since Blizzard started using the bittorrent patcher for me.

Just as an FYI, use the edit post feature. It's a little wrench type Icon in the bottom right corner of your posts. The mods really have a problem with double posting within the 1 hour time limit for editing.
