As dissapointed as det was over certain tailor-made items and their look, I was probably less gruntled over the look of the oh-so-awesome Hand Of Eternity mace. It's a player-crafted item with nifty stats:
Hand of Eternity
Binds when equipped
Main Hand Mace
35 - 131 Damage Speed 1.90
(43.9 damage per second)
+20 Intellect
Durability 105 / 105
Requires Level 70
Equip: Restores 7 mana per 5 sec.
Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 317.
The model, however, is the same as the basic mace given to a level one priest- not so good. I'm shallow, I love shiny. I wanted my shammy's healing weapon to scream "I R SO SHINY!", just because it's nice to look at. "Walk softly and carry a big stick" is a fine tactic and all, but really.. a level one mace? That's just a wee bit too low profile. The Northshire Battle Mace that it replaces was all jagged sparkling angles, and really looked rather nice
Cutting a long story short, WoWhead is claiming that the placeholder model for this awesome weapon is being replaced by something a little more spangly:

(Grr, mods, I did a couple of forum searches to try and see if wowhead was allowed this week, but came up empty. I did find threads with tonnes of wowhead links and no complaints though, so did my best. Hope no-one's upset :)
