Nerfs?

I know this is probably all said in the PTR Twink Nerfs thread but i was jus wondering where we stand as of now?

What are the Nerfs? has there been any changes?
Are they going to take the Nerfed enchants etc. away from allready existing Twinks?
and so on?

Please help.
