AT&T problems again, like in February?

Remember that problem a few months back with AT&T and some broken hardware? Is that happening again?

I'm getting the same problems as I did when that went on. The official site, this site, and a few others are tremendosly slow, it takes forever to logon, and when I do, my latency is in the quadruple digits and any chat takes close to 30 seconds to appear on my screen.

I have been getting lag and a High Latency, but I though it was due to my ISP.

Ive been fine, no disconnects within the past few days at all. I live in Connecticut. Everything loads fine and my DL speeds have been steady. (AT&T DSL)

Definately something wrong. I'm running Comcast and noticing some horrible internet problems. I see it on the official site and forums as well as these forums. I'm not sure what's happened, as I've usually got a VERY fact connection, but something's wrong.

Oh, it doesn't seem to appear in game. I notice generally low latency as usual in game, playing on a central server from the eastern time zone.
