Are you horde or alliance? The horde have it at the poison vendors, and I believe you get it from the shady dealer as alliance... they should be near the rogue trainers in the major cities...

Im in alliance and i searched all of stormwind and i still cant find it. Do you no an exact location of the vender?

SI:7 in old town.
When you enter the building turn right and the shady dealer should be there.. or is it in the basement.. I usually use the one in IF..

don't forget the guy in Booty Bay next to the fireworks vendor. at work, so i don't have a map or SC readily available, but if you take a left at the transporter pad (manned by Scooty the Engineer i think), the shady goods dealer is straight ahead
