I started playing a Blood Elf. My friend plays an orc.
Question: how do we meet? =)
I mean, he's on the other continent, but on we're on the same side (the Horde) and would like to form a party. Is there a way for me to get to orc-lands? And what level must I achieve to safely travel there?
Thank You!

you can use transporter in the back of silvermoon city to get to the under city then take an air ship to durotar.

It's pretty easy and safe for you to go to Orgrimmar, and you can do it as soon as you log in for the first time.
It's been a while since I tried out the Blood Elves, but I believe you head south from the starting area, following the road down through the ruins of Silvermoon. Silvermoon City is actually divided into two. The west half is in ruins, and overrun with malfunctioning golems and insane blood elves, the east half houses the rebuilt capital of Silvermoon. I believe near the back end of the city is a device called a Translocator, which is connected to a similar device in the Undercity.
Once in Undercity, you have to make your way up and out. From the outside gates, head down the path and up the hill where a large tower is. Climb up and catch the air ship to Orgrimmar. I believe it is the first deck you get to, but you can talk to the goblin there to see what the destination of the ship is.
Once you cross over to the other continent, you can descend down the tower and head due west to Orgrimmar. You're now in the orc/troll starting area, and can meet up with your friend to adventure together.
Also note that you can form a group no matter where you are, so you can immediately be in a party and able to talk to your friend without needing to whisper. Of course, you won't share any experience or loot until you're actually together in one place. Being able to chat while waiting for the air ship will make the time pass by all the more quickly.
