Large Candles

I may be being really thick here, but can anyone tell me where to get large candles from? I was told to get them from the Kobolds(?) in the mine but all they have are melted candles. I thought that maybe there was somewhere I can go to get the melted candles made into large candles (5 melted ones make 1 large one for example) but if that is the case I can't work out where to do it :(

I don't know the quest off-hand, but can try to offer some advice.

Read the quest carefully. Are you killing the right kobolds? Sometimes a quest is very specific about who you have to kill to get items you're asked to collect. It may be that large candles are only found on a particular type of Kobold. Also ensure you're in the right area. If you're in Elwynn, I believe there are two kobold caves past Goldshire, so make sure you're at the right one.

Also, does the quest say that the kobolds actually have them, or that you will find them where they are? Some collection quests involve finding objects on the ground or in boxes, rather than as direct drops from mobs.

The Kobolds have them. Done this quest like 10 or 20 times..

I'd suggest double-checking that you're at the right mine, though, and if you are the only thing you can do is kill, kill, kill, 'till they start dropping.
