Lets see...
"...i either want a rogue or warrior but i was wondering who is more fun to pvp with?..."
Impossible to say.
Some prefere stealthing and doing mean things to weakened characters, some prefere charging, intercepting, and intervening around the battlefield.
I can't even decide for myself so I got 1 of each.
"...and also who has higher dps?..."
Rogue.
However, Warriors will live much longer than an unstealthed rogue, and thus they'll often do more damage before finally being killed.
Also both classes are extremely gear-dependant so that'll probably be the deciding factor.
"...and what kind of attacks can rogue do and warriors do?..."
Rogue (http://www.wowhead.com/?spells=7.4)
Warrior (http://www.wowhead.com/?spells=7.1)
"...i just dont want to get bored killing stuff just by doing the same boring slash and kill"
Considered a mage?
Seriously, though, you wont. In PvE there's enough quests to keep grinding to a minimum, and in PvP..
A rogue wont get bored because he'll be trying to avoid detection, which isn't easy.
A warrior wont be doing a whole lot of killing unless in very nice gear.

I can tell you from watching my roommate that if you're going to roll a rogue, you had better be ready to devote some serious focus to the character, and I mean like mental concentration.
I also suspect that it's the same with a warrior.

My 2 cents:
As a general rule, rogues do better by themselves against single opponents.
Warriors are pretty weak by themselves, but with any kind of backup (such as arenas or any teamplay) they are extremely deadly.
Both are gear dependent melee classes (warriors slightly more than rogues) and will need some decent skill and gear to be a real force. Also, consider that there are very many rogues out there, so you will not be as needed as a warrior. Also if you plan on pve'ing at all, rogues are dps, warriors can dps or tank.
Hope that helps a bit.

I don't think ANY classes are just boring "slash and kill".
1 - all classes can get tiresome if you are playing them too much
2 - all classs are (more or less) designed to be competent alone, including in PVP
3 - the alleged "best PVP" class vs. the "worst PVP" class will still come down to who is the most skilled player.
just my 2 cents - I've totally dominated many in the few PVP fights I've been in (I don't like pvp, but when hordies come to Westfall and start killing quest givers/quest targets just to piss off low level Alliancers, I get really ticked and start kicking some horde butt) - and as a Warlock ( affliction for the time I was doing this) I would usually slaughter the same or slightly higher level hordies, no problem. Even two of them.
Until one day. got cocky mowing down hordies, (prob. being run by less than competent players) and then a BE Paladin, 9 levels below me, kicks my ass like I was 1st level!
Lesson in humility, and also that classes in PVP really come down to personal skill.

We have a 2v2 arena team with my brother. Me warrior, my brother rogue.
I must say that rogues need some serious buffs in terms of pvp utility/survivability. If they are out of stealth, they have one vanish (against a hunter they even dont have that).
Sometimes I die and my bro stays 1v1 with a hunter or a mage or a lock with a dot on him, and blown cooldowns. And I painfully watch him kited to death since he cant re-stealth. When I remain 1v1 against those classes, I love beating the crap out of them, since I can get in and stay in melee range.
@toxic shadow: dps is not a measure in pvp. Burst and total damage is. And with sweeping strikes + whirlwind + MS + imp slam, and MS warrior will always be higher at max dmg. This applies to arenas, and BG's as well.

i think warrior burst damage is higher with the big 2h's out there. i don't play a rogue so i don't know the damage you see, but often (obviously not always, but often) the damage i see goes something like: 1700 (proc flurry), 2000 (MS), 1500, 800, 3000+ (execute) - with 26% crit + enrage going. the next guy i attack you get to add victory rush into the mix. i'm not saying you are wrong, but this is what i often see on my screen. even when a rogue stuns me for a while, i don't lose all that much health.
as to a warrior not doing a lot of killing unless in very nice gear, that's just inaccurate. i definitely don't have the best gear, i don't have even 1 purple on my warrior and i do have a few greens, but i still get in top 3-5 for kills in 30 man matches. the reason is simply: execute. we get an execute crit and its almost a guaranteed kill, even if someone else did all the work for us :P
edit: i'm 31/30 build w/ axe spec

A warrior grouped with the right people can prove to be very very lethal. Between the DW'ing fury warriors and the Arms specced dmg bursters they can pump out the damage without being noticed. With the execute ability a warrior becomes the finisher most of the time, especially if it crits. I've had higher crits from my fury warrior then my Marksman hunter. ;]

Blind no longer works with prep.

Warriors can get plenty of killing blows with execute, but they're still not nearly as strong alone as they are in groups.
Killing blows are only a slight indication of the strength of a class and they don't benefit anything but one's ego in the game. Especially when you consider moves like execute.
Warriors and rogues are a very difficult class to compare because they are useful in such different circumstances.
With strong gear and/or a strong team, a warrior can be a beast, but when alone and in average gear, they lack a lot of the tricks a rogue has to win individual battles or to get away. Average geared warriors aren't that scary to many classes even though they have plenty of a chance to win. Both, however, can be extremely fun. (I have one of each btw.)
Also what is this 30 man match you speak of? I want in!
