Pvp Mount Halaa

Im after the taulbak (sp) and i was wondering what the quickest way to get one is , the rep grind with kurenai? or the halaa pvp

i have started halaa and the battle tokens are easy to get , however the reasearch tokens take Muuuuuccccchhh longer

I suspect the rep grind with the kurnai is shorter. Go grind ogres... each ogre gives you 10 rep, and 10 beads give you 750... I hear people doing the grind in 1 weekend. I go grinding beads up at warmaul hill. It's both nicer to the questers (no quest to kill N of this type and M of that type). I generally get abouy 30 beads in 45m. I turn them in for consortium rep though.

If you can find the halaa PvP, go for it... but for the most part the alliance has Halaa on my server. My wife once strolled into halaa and got owned before she realized that we didn't have it for once =].

If there's plenty of pvp, go for the Halaa one. Certainly grind for warbeads but use them for consortium rep instead so you can get better gems each month when the patch comes out. Just remember that the dust drops off every single mob in nagrand so you don't have to worry about farmers.

In the end, it all depends on what look you want. The halaa mount (if you go for the battle one) has armour on it and is black, and the much easier one to get at halaa is black without the armour. It's the only place to get the war mount.

Ive got the Halaa one, the tan war talbuk. its awesome. black hooves/brown body ftmfw.

It was easy. Id wake up in the morning and grind ogres over coffee for an hour. Then, at night, if doing arena, between fights id fly over to the ruins in nagrand. Didnt take that long at all, once I needed 3K in rep, a friend logged me on and we FFA looted bodies and damn me if I seriously didnt get it in an hour. it was awesome and worth it. I never ride my cat any more and dont want a pvp mount.

Incidentally, the grind for 20 research marks would suck...I love nagrand, I even wear the Kurenai tabard, but I aint going back any time soon unless its to the the arena...
