this happend a wile back but i think i remember some of it. I was watching a mage run into a murloc camp or somtin like that and i was like is he doin? Then he did some sort of attack where he froze or slowed most of the murlocs and started to kite them i think..by the time he was done all of em were dead and gone..wat exactly did this mage do? i imagine he was frost speced.

Sounds frost specc'd. My guess is he ran in and gathered them all up with a frost nova, then right as that was about to break, used Cone of cold and kited them with that.

I think the Mage preferred method of AoE grinding is Frost Nova>Blizzard>Blizzard>Cone of Cold.... I only got to 30 on my mage before I got bored so I could be wrong.

Absolutely, but he said "run into" which makes me believe he was doing a slightly different form...similar to the infamous Faxmonkey kiting 100's of 55-60's while he was a 60.
