Druid Aquatic Form Quest?

Where can I find the first quest to get the druid aquatic form?

The quest themselves come from the Druid Trainers.

But only from the specific races Trainers.

i.e. Thunder Bluff for Horde and Darnassus for Alliance

So the Trainers in Stormwind or Silvermoon don't have the quests.

You also have to be level 16

Yes, Darnassus gives the quest for druid aquatic form. Takes a while to finish due to traveling. You need to find the two pendant halves in darkshore and westfall. Lots of walking, unless you can get a summon.
