Help customising my interface plx :)

I've been using various mods for years but only since hitting 70 a few months back have I tried to make it look how I want it to look. Unfortunately I seem to be allergic to mods, they bug out or don't do what I want them to do.

Here's a list of things I would like:
-Action bars that can be moved anywhere and changed shape, possibly made into circles.
-Possibly something to change the artwork/style entirely such as http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v719/luckyPSD/whee.jpg or http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v677/Redy/WoWScrnShot_031307_105227.jpg (like the potion thing in that one, diablo stylee)
-A minimap mod that lets me restyle/move it.
-Something to change my combat log/speech log to have a square background and no blizzard-style scrollers at the side, possibly with a pearled/fade effect like a lot of UIs I've seen use (similar to this would be nice http://wow.uiscreens.com/fullsize.php?ssid=75)
-A stunwatcher that will show how long gouge/blind/sap etc last for without spamming my screen full of bars (NECB seemed to give me so many bars in such a difficult to see shade/opacity that I had to disable and went with stunwatch, but it doesn't work for crippling poison or blind etc).
-Something that tells me trash respawn timers and similar useful things (battleground timers maybe)
-Disabling of blizzard artwork and menu bars, if possible leaving the Latency and GM Help [?] button to be movable on their own.
-A nice raiding mod (I'm using CTRaid but ;/) that lets me see everyone's class/hp/mana bars etc without clogging the screen too much and being a weird shade of blue :)
-Some form of warning or raid alert that helps with bosses' special abilities
-A rogue helper (seen a lot in circles) for poisons/flash/blind/lockpick etc
-A nice inventory/bank mod
-Mass mail
-Combat text (using SCT atm, not sure if there are any better ones) that also shows crits as bouncing into large numbers like the Blizzard ones do, rather than just appearing as large ones (if you get me)
-A good combat log (I'm using simple combat log and it's pretty nice)
-Possibly a buffs mod, but in my experience they take up huge amounts of room (preferably something that doesn't have huge duration bars that fill most of my screen or are too small to see the buff name etc)
-Damage meters that suit the style of the rest of my UI

I know it's asking a lot but thanks in advance to anyone who wants to pimp my UI. At the moment I've spent hours on making it look better only to log back in and realise it's both different and uglier than before. On top of that errors or suchlike between addons are annoying me, stuff like CT bar mod not letting me use the scroll bar to select which group I can modify the size/shape of and the circley things not working. I'm considering deleting absolutely everything and restarting from scratch, hopefully you guys can help me out with this :)

Edit: I also can't click on my arena thing, it just disappears instead of displaying stats etc. Any reason for this?

Action Bars: Bartender3 and Cycircled.
Art: never done this but DiscordArt gets suggested a lot.
Minimap: SimpleMinimap
CombatLog: Prat. This oesn't do much to the actual combat text, but it'll remove the buttons and give you lots of other options on all of the chat frames, so use it together with SimpleCombatLog for the best results.
Timers: Chronometer is probably the most expansive, depends how customisable you need it.
Trash Respawn: Incubator assuming this is for raids. Capping is a good BG timer.
Disabling Blizz Bars: Bartender3 does this and gives you a new menu bar to put where you want. You'd need to replace the latency timer though.
Raid Mods: Mostly as above, ORA2 with sRaidFrames or Pitbull depending no what style you like.
Boss Warnings: BigWigs.
Rogue Helper: No idea sorry.
Inventory/Bank: Don't use one but I hear good things about ArkInventory.
Mail: Postal
Combat Text: Still using SCT.
Combat Log: SimpleCombatLog is still the best.
Buffs: SimpleBuffTimers or ElkBuffBars, depending on whether you want big timer bars (Elk) or just to expand the time format to mins:secs (SBT).
Damage Meters: I still say SW_Stats is the best at the moment, but some people stick to DamageMeters. Violation is relatively new and could be one to look out for.

A few things could do with changing. I decided against a buff mod as I'm quite used to normal buffs now. I'm not sure how to work the new raid thing, the main tanks seem to end up stuck in the middle of the screen. The rogue stun watch is nice but I get everyone else's cheap shots and kidney shots, and it doesn't track my poison timer. I haven't got Prat yet, will get it at some point (I wasn't too keen on installing all of them at once. Baby steps :p)

Besides that I'm much happier with it now. Thanks for the help :)

Edit doesn't seem to be working for me so here comes the double post. I was wondering if there was a mod which would display percentages from Hit/crit rating and even if possible crit and dodge from agility? That would be pretty useful.

If you are useing oRA2 hold the Alt key and drag the MT frames to where you want

My personal favorite in this department is Chronometer. It will only track your Stuns, Poisons, etc, I use it on my Druid main (HoTs, DoTs, Stuns), Rogue alt (Stuns, Poisons, SnD, Vanish, Sprint), Pally alt (Judgements, Stuns, Seals), and Shammy alt (Totems, Shock stuns and dots). Works like a charm.

natur cast bars can be abit messy, i use it but have dragged the ones i dont need off to the side so they r not actually on my screen. only have the hostile cast, debuff, cc(cant remember its name), and DoT on my screen. Find it v usefull for reapplying demo shout , rend, tclap etc, also the cc one for a tank is invaluable as i can time a concussive blow on my current target and go pick up the about to break sap before it goes after my healer =D
I have searched alot for similar mods but tbh natur is only one i have found that gives me seperate bar sets or the coverage of input i need. My advice is just drag the bar sets u dont need off the screen
