I'm not asking what is the BEST 5v5 team just what would be for me and my friends.

I have 4 friends playing WoW with me for once and i want us all to roll new classes to make a good team determined on what we want to do and what we should do. Anyone will do any spec needed and it will be a horde team.

I know this is kind of a long list with probably a million variabilities but any comments on how to make it a decent team would be awesome. All i want is help with what classes to choose for everyone then we can take it from there. Any help and I mean ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

Now to the people on the team:

1. I have a friend who will make a priest. It doesnt matter what spec, he will make it (he's the..."female dog" of the group and if anyone replies to this post, feel free to call him a homosexual. Honestly. It will please me  ).

2. I have someone who will make a pally to do anything. He's the defintion of addicted. He's awesome. I trust him doing anything he wants.

3. One of my friends wants to feel the effect of "pwning" so anything that would give him the power to brag would fit him. He's got a natural feel for PvP and has what I call "crack fingers" which is his hands fly all over the keyboard touchin buttons and crap and he quick at it. He kind of likes locks and hunters if that would fit at all.

4. My cousin seems to like druids. He's rolled pretty much everything but a warrior and stuck with the druid till 70 but i think he will generally do any role given to him.

5. And finally me. My main is a mage and I guess I'm decent at it. I can get within the top 5 of WSG on average. I've also made a warrior and I did a damn good job of tanking up to SFK then i quit him. I will pretty much do anything needed of me. I don't care. I will do anything that no one else will.

Once again, any help would make my day.

If you go holy pally MS warrior holy/disc priest, it won't really matter what the other 2 classes are. 5v5 arenas really should be renamed "warrior&pally+3v3" haha...

I have a Tauren warrior and I arena 2v2 with a Pally. My build is 34/25/2. I am using the tier 1 blacksmithing mace atm. Almost every top team in any battlegroup has a pally MS warr combo and every warr runs down Fury to get Deathwish. 30s fear immune accessible in Battle stance is very nice to have plus it gives an extra 20% melee damage. I put 2 pts into Tactical Mastery in defensive tree for the versatility. Some warrs don't on account of they rarely switch out of berserker stance, but I'll move to battle stance and Overpower if I'm fighting a druid or a rogue. 2nd wind is also a PvP must have. As far as 5v5 arena team choosing, I prefer a Holy/prot pally healing, mage and lock for CC and DPS, and a druid for off heal cyclone. Rogues don't really get too much play in 5v5 arenas, but they can keep healers busy like nobodies business. Duel rogue teams in 2v2 give me the toughest time. Having every cooldown accessible is a tough fight for their opposition. I'll end my rant now.

Priest dispells are the best way to beat paladins in arenas... (and as everyone is saying, most good teams have paladins - so get a priest).

Priest can dispell. Pally can cleanse(Basically the same thing). Pallies also have auras and wear plate. I can drop a priest in 3 hits if my crits are lucky. Pallies accent warrior best though IMO. Blessing of sacrifice makes them hard to CC(BoS is a 30 sec spell that deals a little damage to my pally when I take damage). Druid are a PITA as well. Chain cycloning is very difficult to deal with(Especially since you can't be healed through it and it can't be dispelled).

There'd be a reason for it - namely that we don't appreciate it on these forums.
