Professsions Question

I currently have a lvl 43 Hunter who is a skinner (290)/herb (265) guy.

So, I started up a new Priest and thought about making him Leathermaking/Enchanting or Tailoring/Enchanting.

Are these good options or should I stick with gather/crafting professions.

Get tailoring or save all your cloth to powerlevel it later. You will want it when you get to end-game.

Outside of that suggestion, gathering professions if you don't have a lot of gold is a good idea....but enchanting can net you a lot of gold once you learn how to work the AH!
