Ok, I'm confused. I finally got my rogue to outlands the other day and took the bat to Thrallmar (horde obviously). From there I ran to Shattrath and grabbed the flight path. My plan was to make Shattrath my home and fly back and forth from there to Thrallmar but I noticed that I don't have a flight path to Thrallmar. What am I missing. I have talked to the flight master at both cities but there is no connection. Is there a second flight master at Shattrath that I need to talk to?

IIRC you are missing zangarmarsh, it acts as a hub for allies. that much i know.

He would need the connecting Horde FP, not the Alliance one
So: Thrallmar > Falcon Watch > Zabra'jin > Shatt, I think.
For the Horde FP Shattrath -> Thrallmar you need (as of this patch) either Swamprat Post [Zangermarsh] or Stonebreaker Hold [Terrokar Forest]). Come Patch 2.1 there will be a direct Shattrath -> Trallmar/Honor Hold paths

Ok, thanks for clearing that up. I never realized that you had to grab intermediary flight paths.
