Blackmsmithing to Weaponsmith or Armoursmith

Id like to know if i go into Blacksmithing and Jewel Crafting, ive bought all the materials for 300 Jewel Crafting and now id like to know if i buy all the materials for Blacksmithing 375...can i be a weaponsmith...then...rebuy all the crap again for 375 and this time be armoursmith? or are those 2 types..."soulbound" or something?

Weapons have requirements like: Master Axesmith or Weaponsmith - if they do - u cant use em once u unlearn the skill.

I have just hit the 200 marker and really cant decide what way to go as a dranei warrior.

The high end level 70 bop weapons require you to be a master axe/sword/mace smith in order to equip them. Same goes with the chestpiece you can make as a armorsmith. Must be an armorsmith to equip the item. So, no you can't make you sweet axe, then switch to armorsmith and make the sweet chestplate.

With that in mind, imo, the weapons are much better than the one chestplate you can make.
