where to get EU version of TBC in USA??

I live in USA now, but I'm planning to stay and play on EU servers, and I don't know If I'm able to get EU version of TBC here? Do I need to order online, or maybe I can go somewhere to get it...Thanks...
And if there's a nice website from where I can get TBC online, tell me please..Thanks..
