Where do I go to respec from say Xmute to Pot mastery?

To add on to the question, after you have a mastery in say, transmute, do you need to complete the elixir quest as well if you want to switch to elixir mastery?

there is a option on the achemy grand master for re-spec in shattra city i didnt look into it further thou i was not interested

To respec in Alchemy specialization, you must go the the trainer that gave you that specialization. So, for example, to unlearn Master of Elixers, you would go to Lorokeem (45,21) in Shattrath City. He will give you the option to untrain for a fee, much like when you wish to retrain your talents. I have visited him to confirm that he offers this option, but I kept my mastery, so I don't know if you have to quest for Master of Potions or Master of Transmutation to obtain a different mastery.

The other quest givers are:

Master of Transmutation: Zarevh in (Stormspire - Netherstorm (44,37))
Master of Potions: Lauranna Thar'well (Cenarion Refuge - Zangarmarsh (80,64))

I found out that a guy in Stormspire let me respec out of Transmute
