Once upon a time ...
There was a young couple, deeply in love. They were carefree and happy, and the future seemed endlessly filled with joy. Every day the sun shone, the birds sang, and all was right with the world.
And then the Scourge descended.
The couple were torn apart. In the chaos that rained down upon the world, one was taken from this world ... and brought back.
The world has since become a darker place, even years after the defeat of the Burning Legion. The grim task of rebuilding cities, and lives, is a much longer process than their ruination.
And now danger rears up once again. In dark, hidden spaces, a terrible new plot begins to stir. A new plague dreamed of by warped, soulless minds, to end all life upon Azeroth, to secure power undreamed of.
Already, events have been set in motion, and now it is left to Fate to weave the pattern of what will happen. Whether those will be found to end the threat, or that a new, dark world will emerge from the ashes of the living.

Name: Sadi Asgoth
Age: 22
Race: Forsaken
Class: She is a priestess and is one of holy tradition. She struggled to live up to her parent’s expectations as well as her own before the scourge.
Appearance: She is a fading memory of her beauty before she became forsaken. In happier times she was a willowy young holy priest with striking blue eyes and alabaster skin which was a beautiful contrast to her striking red hair which she kept neatly swept out her eyes. She was a studious young girl but a girl of great empathy and love for all things living. Now as an undead woman, she has become jaded and lost. One thing she holds the same is her love for Alaron. Though she can see, her eyes are gone and her beautiful skin is withering away. She can’t stand the sight of herself and longs for the days of simplicity and beauty.
Equipment She is donning a simple white robe similar to the robe she had before the scourge, although slightly tattered she wears it with pride, it is one of the only things she has left with any beauty to it. She does not have much nor does she have a desire to have much, all she has is the robe on her and her staff her father had given her as a young child. A staff that has a crescent moon. Although bittersweet, it is the only memory she has of her dad.
Backstory She lay in the grass looking up at the passing clouds in the sky, she should have been busy with studies but her mind wandered so often. She couldn’t wait for Alaron to arrive, she loved spending time with him even though they had little time to be together, He was from the city of Stormwind, he grew up with no family and has no property, her family did not like him but she didn’t care. Although rogue in nature she loved him nonetheless. She grew up in Lordaeron; a place far from her abby at Northshire but her family insisted she get the best training in the priesthood that the Alliance could offer. “These are dangerous times,” her father would say, “you must receive the best training in Azeroth! One day will come where I cannot protect you, and when that day comes, you will need to be ready.” Her dad loves her very much but she did not want to concern herself with the ways of the world, she only cared for Alaron and building a life with him.
She gazed at the sky wondering to herself when he would be arriving, she was scared to tell him what she had found out earlier in the day, her father had sent for her to return home during these hard times because he feared for her being so close to Stormwind and felt she needed to be home. At that moment she saw him, her heart fluttered and immediately she had forgotten her long wait for him. She dreaded what she knew she had to tell him but she had too much respect for her father to disobey him. She had to go.
“Alaron, I need to tell you something and I know that you will hate me for it but there is something that I must do. I need to return home and be with my father. He is getting older and worries for me being out here with no one.”
She began to cry and Alaron could tell that she was greatly distressed.
“Sadi, King Terenas has been killed…the scourge is invading your home land. How do you even know that it was your father that sent for you and not an evil trick by Arathas. I will not allow you to go!”
Sadi drops to the floor in utter disbelief. Was it her father that had really sent for her? Is what Alaron speaks of really true? She felt like the ground had been pulled out from under her. She felt a breeze against her skin and wished it would pick her up and take her away. The alliance will fall. She knew this, but her father needed her so she knew that she had to go. She looked down to avoid his gaze.
“Alaron, I must go prepare for my journey, my father needs me and it is not my place to question the validity of his letter. I must go”
When she looked back up into his eyes, she knew what she had done to him. He began speaking; trying to hide his fear but his voice wavered still.
“I’m coming with you”
She knew that her only chance of survival would be for him to come. She knew that he would protect her with his life, but this is what she feared. She did not want anything happening to him and she knew that her parents would disapprove but in times such as these she did not know if anyone would make it out alive. She looked at him once more and with a solemn nod of approval, they set out to begin their journey to Lordaeron
