Arena points

I'm currently participating in a 3v3 arena team. Realized that I didn't have in my 10 matches for the week so I hopped on Monday night and completed 11 matches (not practice) which were all completed before 12 midnight. Thing is, when I finally logged on Tuesday night I didn't get any credit for the matches. They showed up monday night in our "record" column. The rest of the team members did get arena credit though they had many more games played than me. I opened a ticket and got this bs reply from GM:

Am I mistaken in thinking that 10 matches (win or lose) will get you arena honor? My record for the week was 7-4. I'm thinking I'm getting a hosing by WOW. Any other paths to get this straightened out?

You have to play in at least 33% of the matches that week to get credit for it, so if the rest of your team had say 35 overall matches, while you had 11, you were one game short of getting credit, for example.

I see. That was the problem I bet... Well thats definitely a mistake I won't make again.

I'm pretty sure It's just 30% not 33% of the games. I'll have to check this when I log on next time.

I thought it was 30% too and I believe our team had somewhat of the same problem as you. We were 6-6 before Monday night and 1 of our members needed to squeeze in his 30%. We played 6 more times and finished 9-9 for the week but in armory it only shows us playing the first 12 games.

I think some points/games got lost in the big update that they did.

IS there a place I can see all of the stats from each week with my games played? I'd pursue it if this is indeed the case. I'm in a hurry to get some glad gear. Late start has put me behind.
