Question on Instance Drop

Will a boss still drop an item for me even if i'm over the level cap for the instance?

I'm thinking of doing Zul'farrak @ 60 but the bosses' level is only 46. I want the big mojo mask but I'm not sure if boss will still drop it.

Yes, it can drop. Drops are fixed i.e 13% drop rate will stay 13% no matter what level you are.

a boss will drop something from their loot table regardless of their level. It may or may not be the item you want of course

It will -not- be the item you want. Unless you are there on another character that does -not- want that particular item. Then it'll be all you see.
