Anyone got any specific tactics for this guy?
He's about the only boss my guild struggle to kill and although we have downed him twice he has always had us wiping a few times before hand
Cheers in advance

If you're wiping to him after downing him a couple of times, then you need to refine your tactic. Its a very simple tank and spank with a AOE phase.
Healing first...
We have 5 on MT, to cover if up to 3 get graved (tank can last stand etc at this point). We have one on grave healing, paladin normally, flash of light wins here. We have a holy/prot paladin who tops up people in emergencies, and is wearing his TANKING GEAR, and he has a priest to heal him.
The tactic is pretty standard. When the murlocs spawn, the prot pally spams heals on people with IRF up, and grabs agro. he holds agro on the murlocs in a central position (away from everyone else) and once all are on him, mages start with a frost nova rotation to hold them in place, and locks and mages go all out AOE. They should die in about 6 seconds.
Repeat.

Thats more or less what we do at the moment, maybe its just a case that we need to practice on him again this week before spending a night on Vashj again.

I find making sure the frost novas are locked down before AOE is on really helps. What are you dying to though? Unlucky Graves can sometimes be a wipe, for example the pally getting graved after he has agro, but before the murlocs are in position meaning they run straight to the grave and beat the cack out of him. Thats unavoidable, unless you want to waste another paladin speccing them to prot.

Oh, while you're here and we're sharing tips :P
We're working on solarian, and struggling to get the aoe adds down without losing one or two people. Any tips?

Yea unlucky graves are causing us hassle, we normally have 1 or 2 wipes before downing him the last two attempts through either the Pally and druid swipping gathering aggro getting locked into tombs.
Everything else in there is now just about on farm but to be fair this guy was one of the last things we attemted in there so ill put it down to practise makes perfect.
