Three months ago I transferred my warrior to another server with the majority of my guild. I work an odd schedule now and found it impossible to raid with them, and I left many friends on my previous server. So I have been keeping track of the paid character xfer page to see when he's available again. According to Blizzard's page, he is eligible now on June 2.
The problem is when I begin the character transfer process, I am prompted to select the destination realm. Upon selecting my desired realm and clicking ok I get an odd message:
An error has occurred:
The character you are attempting to transfer is currently not eligible to be transferred. This may be because the character has undergone a paid character transfer within the past three months. A previously transferred character can be the subject of a subsequent transfer only after three months have elapsed. Contact our Billing and Account Services for more information.
Does anybody have a suggestion on how to fix this?
