Want to play wow in english

I'm using a traditional chinese version of Wow and I managed to play on the US server. But since all my interface is chinese, I can't link stuff and quests to other people. I was wondering if there is a english pack for wow.
I tried the english language pack for euro wow but it seems I can't install the pack.

Just download the trial client for the right region and use that.
