Ive seen books at Ah like Top half of advanced armorsmithing: volume III and other similar ones. What are they? Just Recipes?

They start quests (once both halves are joined) to get peices of gear.

You don't have to be an armorsmith to use them. But the gear generally sucks, as its all old world (pre BC) gear. :)

If you get them as drops, go ahead and use them, but don't buy them.
