Problems With UI

My mods are all up to date (or able to run fine being out of date) and I didn't start having this problem until YESTERDAY. And this all happened when I tried to use a light armor kit on my armor...after having been able to use them all day the previous day. And it's not just Bartender...it's every mod. I click disable...it reloads my UI and removes the addon from it...I click Ignore and nothing happens and I'm STILL unable to use the light armor kit. So I try again...then a DIFFERENT addon is named and the process starts all over again.

You're probably thinking "Well then don't use the light armor kit"...I just want to know what the problem could be or if anyone else is having or has had this problem. Help???

List your addons please, it may help if we know which addons you have running to help figure out where the tainting is coming from.
